Chelsey joined NLVH in 2018 working as a technician and became an essential part of our team. Shortly before starting her family Chelsey expressed her interest in becoming a Leader in client care and quickly moved into the Lead role as our Customer Service Representative. She is passionate about making both the client as well as the pet comfortable and provides top notch customer care. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, her son Lincoln, and her longhaired German Shepard, Leyna.
